Miami vs. Florida

Hey, I am going to do this blog on the Miami Hurricane vs Florida Gator game. The game started at 12:00 p.m. Miami was a 3 point under dog and most people picked them to lose. The game started and Miami stopped the Gators offense and got the ball on offense. Stephen Morris threw the ball to Herb Waters for a touchdown, this put Miami up 7-0. The Gators then came back and scored a touchdown but went for 2 and failed so the score was 7-6. The next offensive possession for Miami, Stephen Morris threw a touchdown to Phillip Dorset. This put Miami up 14-6, and in the second quarter neither team scored so the score at half time was 14-6.
The second half started and the gators scored a field goal in the 3rd quarter and Miami didn't score at all. The Miami defense played well all game. They forced 5 turnovers, none more important than a fumble late in the fourth quarter. They sacked Florida's QB and the ball flew out and Miami recovered it at the Florida 5 yard line. The Canes followed that with a run to the left side and Duke Johnson went in for the touchdown. This put Miami up 21-9. Florida tacked on a late touchdown to make the final score 21-16 Miami.
